Now you can search open houses at your convenience. Plan for the homes you would like to tour ahead of time. Not all open houses are held on Sunday, many are now being held during the week. Click the picture below to search for open houses in the area of your choice.
When you visit, be sure to tell the agent hosting the open house that you found them on Dean Hunter's website and that Dean is representing you. This will allow me to be your representative and negoitiate the best price and terms for you.
If you do not find an open house that meets your needs please return to this website and select the "Listings" tab and then select "Search Area MLS" to search all homes for sale in the area of your choice. Then give me a call and I will arrange for a showing of the homes that meet your needs.
