I moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area in January, 1990 from Dayton, Ohio. Entering the business in 1971 with Northmoor Realty, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio, I will tell you the industry, the economy and the way we do business have all changed dramatically since then. I have closed over 850 hundred Real Estate Transactions.
